Assoc. Prof. Dr. Çiğdem Karadağ is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery who sees patients at her practice on Bağdat Avenue in Kadıköy, Istanbul. In 2013, with a TÜBİTAK scholarship, she worked for one year as a clinical research fellow in the Division of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Mayo Clinic in the USA and obtained a microsurgery certificate.
Holds the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery certification (EBOPRAS).
Became a faculty member at Acıbadem University in 2017 and received the title of associate professor in October 2022.
Member of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (TPRECD).

Is an Aesthetic Doctor the Same as a Plastic Surgeon?
